I'm glad to see that you're updating your theory and keeping on top of things! Here are a few other things to consider:
1. The producers constantly insist on the fact that Vincent is just a dog.
2. Vincent was tied to the ARG website "retrievers of truth," where Labradors were described as having some key to the human psyche. Their mission was to "look after us" and make us happy. Could it be that Vincent, a "mere" dog, was warning the castaways about their fates vis-a-vis Cerebus?
3. On the blast door map, "CV" has often been suggested to mean "Cerebus Vent," or the origin of "Smokey's" emanation. Something to consider: perhaps the hole into which "Smokey" tried to drag Locke was one of these "vents."
Anyway, keep up the good work! I'm really glad to see that you're incorporating new information into your theory instead of stubbornly defending your ideas. Flexibility is key, IMHO!
Good work!

Alright it's updated now.
I added notes from two episodes Walkabout and White Rabbit, they are on the bottom of the first post. I couldn't fit White Rabbit in the topic title so i just left it as W.R lol. _________________

All these people saying smokey just wanted to kill Locke are talking crap. Think about it... if the thing wanted Locke dead, he would have been killed already. It's had a few opportunities to kill him already, and it didn't, so it doesn't want him dead. _________________

| The monster is in fact a piece of technology and not a nanobot cloud like everyone thought. It is in fact a metalic emulsion suspended in a fluidic EM feild. It is the visible extension of an entity that has tapped into the immense power of the island. It has in essence evolved past simple technology into something more like an AI that has joined with an incredibly powerful psychic consciousness. It probably is the most powerful entity on the planet but it is not perfect and it does have several weaknesses. It can reach into a persons mind and see everything the person is and what that person wants more than anything else in the world. This is the leverage it needs to manipulate them into serving it's needs. It just as easily can reach up and pull a jumbo jet off course and rip it to pieces while gently plucking out as many people as it wants, knocking them out so they don't know what is happening and safely depositing them on the island |

| Awesome theory Blost! I thought the plane was a result of Des not pushing the button though? I think its for sure some-sort of Dharma project that went haywire, like what you said. And using the energy of the island makes perfect sense, what wonder if the Cerberus System is allied with the others? and if so it works to their advantage. |

In a recent interview both Cuse and Lindelof have said they put fake stuff out there (in the internet) to fool us. |
