I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but I've seen the last 30-35 minutes of it. I usually hate horror flicks because they're too predictable, they don't scare me, and usually quite depressing . This one actually freaked me out though. Particularly the part where the girl gets dragged out of her bed and down the hallway by what looked to be nothingness. It didn't look fake (though I realize it is). Also chilling was the part where she stands on her boyfriends side of the bed motionless for two hours straight staring at him. I like that they didn't use the typical horror movie "pop-out-of-nowhere-during-suspenseful-music" kind of "scary". This was a real kind of scary. I've never seen anything like it.

For the record, I've seen the Blair Witch Project, it sucked, and wanes in comparison to Paranormal Activity. Cloverfield was good, but lacked the realism of this movie.

So you only saw the last half hour? Dont even waste your time with the rest of the movie because you already saw the best part.

I just got back from seeing it in theaters and after 2 years of waiting to finally see this i have to say that i was letdown. The night scenes were kind of creepy but overall this movie is really boring.

I may see it.

I just find it hard to believe watching a couple sleep could be scary.

Besides, even though everyone said it wasn't "hyped up", I damn well saw a lot of it well before it came out.

OKay, I saw this movie yesterday and felt it necessary to bump this thread for those who haven't seen it.

This movie WILL get to you. It is disturbing. It is different. It is a breath of fresh air for the movie industry.

Yes, there are comical moments. But when the sh*t hits the fan, it's pretty damn disturbing.

Especially the last two minutes of the film. DO NOT judge this film until you see the ending.

The end totally made the movie, in my opinion.

Do yourself a favor and go see this movie if you haven't already.

Just watched this.

Letdown if you ask me :\
not saying everyone won't like it though.
It has some really good elements to it BUT
isnt scary at all at ANY part.

The ending was very bitter sweet and i saw it coming
It could be so much scarier.
