All the main characters ever featured in lost are in the promo poster. Some may argue Eloise or Widmore should be in it but here is my main question.
Why is Walt not on the poster?????????
Everyone else on the poster had set foot on the island, maybe that's why Eloise isn't on it but shouldn't Walt be on it as well.
Could this be a foreshadowing of what is to come of Walt?...

I don't know why Walt wasn't on it (he was probably busy doing a chicken commercial), but I think you may be confused about Eloise. She has definitely been on the Island.
We saw her as a young girl in Jughead, and middle aged and pregnant with Daniel in Follow the Leader. (Sorry if you put that together already, but it just sounded like you didn't  ) |

He won't have to physically go back to the Island; he'll just project his image to people on the Island.
